Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using TurfRank ("the Service"), a product of DreamSiteBuilders LLC ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Services

TurfRank provides AI-powered local marketing services including website creation, local SEO management, review generation, lead capture, and automated marketing campaigns for small businesses.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Services are billed monthly. A one-time setup fee applies at the start of service. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our money-back guarantee.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information for service setup
• Maintain access to required third-party accounts (Google Business Profile, etc.)
• Respond to communications regarding your account in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding your business marketing

5. Intellectual Property

Websites and content created for your business through TurfRank become your property upon payment. TurfRank templates, software, and proprietary systems remain the property of DreamSiteBuilders LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

TurfRank provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, review counts, or revenue outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate service immediately for violations of these terms or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
